Shipping and Delivery

 

Our goal is to offer you simple, convenient Shipping and Delivery options.

 

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email to confirm your order.  Your purchases will be packed in a quality box.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. On delivery, your order needs to be signed by the recipient.

 

Orders received before 2 pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched on the same working day.  Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday – Friday).

 

Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm and Saturday before 10 am will be dispatched on Saturday. Orders placed Saturday after 10 am and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. However, during the peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

 

We are unable to send your orders to a PO Box, BFPO, or APO/FPO.

 

We use Royal Mail for delivery to customers in the United Kingdom.  The following options are:

International Delivery

 

If your bags are to be sent to an address outside the UK and you are not presented with any shipping options, please do contact us before making a purchase.

 

Returns Policy

 

Our Policy for returns and refunds is valid for 7 days once you have received the bag.   Beyond that period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.  To register your return, please complete the online form on our website and we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card or original method of payment, within two working days.  It may take two to five working days for it to appear in your account, depending on who you bank with.

 

While we do our best to ensure there are no manufacturing defects and to prevent the products from being damaged in transit, we acknowledge that something may unexpectedly go wrong on occasion.  If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please do let us know immediately and we'll do our best to replace or otherwise compensate you.

 

Returns

 

We only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at returns@clickbestbrands.com or go to our website. Please do include pictures of the defects or damages as this will help to speed up the replacement or refund process.

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs for goods being returned are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If your refund seems delayed, first check your bank account once more.  If you used a credit card, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
